Trouble Accessing Your GoogleDocs??

               You will need to reset your District login password

To reset your login password, just follows these simple steps….

Method 1:

*Once you have logged into your Acer laptop, click the Control (‘Ctrl’) + Alt (‘Alt’) + Delete(‘Del’) keys simultaneously.

*From the menu, select ‘Change a Password’

 

*Type in your old password and then your new password twice.

 

*Click ‘Enter’

A message saying that your password has been successfully changed should appear.

Note: Once you have changed your password, you can change it again to your old password. Either way you will have access to GoogleDocs.

 

Method 2:

*Open up a web browser, i.e., Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer

*In the address bar, type ex.kcsd.org.

*Log in to the Exchange server using your KCSD login credentials (username and password)

 

*In the upper right hand corner next to your name, you should see a small gear.  (Clicking on this gear will bring up a settings menu).

 

*Select ‘Change Password’. (This selection is located near the bottom of the menu). Again, you will have to type in your current password and then your new password twice.

Click ‘Save’

                                

 

 

Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and should, but not necessarily include alpha-numeric characters.

Note: Once you have changed your password, you can change it again to your old password. Either way you will have access to GoogleDocs. 

Unless you change back to your old password, you must also change to your new password on any device on which you receive District mail (phones, etc.).
